"To enjoy yourself is the easy method to give enjoyment to others."
I try to challenge myself to remain positive, enjoy the process, and learn something new while working on my art. I have hope this optimism will spread to the viewer. Most often times what I create is intended for a loved one, and so my imagery develops out of experiences with those whom have made a large impact in my life. My artwork consists of things from Nature, my feelings and emotions, and frequently death. I am comfortable with those subject matters and using them as inspiration to help me better understand myself and those around me. Now that my newly discovered passion for Printmaking has allowed me to broaden my intended audience, the work that I create will now be accessible to many walks of life, because my imagery is relatable.
